We enjoyed the trip and watching the movie at Imax theater hoping after the movie we will get a good weather, but unfortunately the weather did’nt get better it was snowing and no visibility the park was closed and we didn’t see the grand canyon.after movie we head back to las vegas. But the good things are, the driver was so nice and kind and very helpful, keep us informed for everything we need to do , very sorry too for us co’z we didnt get to see what we need to see.not only the driver, the one who sold us the ticket very patient & kind (Brett and lady who help us to do the refund sorry forgot your name but for sure you are here in my heart ) also to roger in the office who pick up the phone when i called from here in calgary didn’nt put me on hold for a long time ‘thank yuo very much you are one of a kind we can count on , ‘ i got our refund after a week . and the rest who pick up the phone when i was calling did not even listen to me first after putting me on hold , still thanks to all of you . but in all we got the best service that we ever had BIG THANK YOU TO ALL & GOD BLESS US ALL. Special thanks to walter our driver he said Ms. claire is very nice to talk with and i believed him thank you Ms. claire im looking forward to see the grand canyon in the future and we will not forget all of you for sure i will tell all my friend about the good experience we had.

It was an amazing experience and we had a lot of fun, despite of all the snow I came across at the Grand Canyon (!!!) last Friday.
The attentiveness of all your personnel, from the moment we asked about these tours to the driver’s pick up at the hotel, Airbridge check in process, Jason’s welcoming and briefing and the Driver’s tour narration… everything was handled in a very professional manner, always with politeness and in good spirit!

It was the best Dam entertainment we have had in a long time. As he drove the bus,Mr. Spencer spoke on a range of subjects relating to the southwest region:desert animals and plants,weather,local history,and plate tectonics. He told the story of how the area came to be as it is now as a historian would have in a lecture.He was patient with his guests, and he seemed eager to answer all questions. Hi! Wow! Best tour of my life! Beautiful big new bus and great driver tour guide, Paul. I was totally WOWED by this tour.Very organized from hotel pick up, coffee danish and juice to great choice of lunch. Skywalk and all of the people on the reservation were awesome. The cowboy ranch and Guano point with the 360 degree views were an added bonus to the tour. I even enjoyed the 15 or so miles on the dirt road. This tour is an experience that everyone should take.
